Le Pajare ‘L’Ulia’ are located in the outbuilding about 250 meters from the central body of the masseria, crossing the provincial road in front of the main entrance to the estate.
They consist of a single structure covered in local stone, divided into three adjacent one-room apartments:
Pajare Corbezzolo, Lavanda and Mirto
Group of adjacent pajare surrounded by a luxuriant and well-kept lawn. They overlook a pine and holm oak grove and a young olive grove. They offer:
- small kitchenette
- private bathroom

- sofa bed
- equipped patio
- outdoor hot tub, shared with the neighboring pajare
