Check-in<\/strong>: from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Any time change has to be arranged with the reception. Booking Confirmation<\/strong>: the booking is valid only after confirmation by the reception and the payment of a deposit of 30%<\/strong> of the total cost of the stay within two days of the confirmation notice<\/strong>. If the deposit is not paid within the deadlines, the booking will be cancelled.<\/p>\n Balance payment<\/strong>: payment of the deposit can be made through bank transfer or credit card. The balance payment can be made at the end of the stay through cash, credit card or instant bank transfer. Early departure<\/strong>: in case of early departure or late arrival 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged as agreed at confirmation.<\/p>\n Booking cancellation<\/strong>: in case of cancellation the deposit will be retained. Tourist tax<\/strong>: 1,00\u20ac per person per day in the months of April,May,June and September for a maximum of 7 consecutive overnights. 1,50\u20ac per person per day in the months of July and August for a maximum of 7 consecutive overnights. Children up to 12 years are exempt from the payment of this tax.
